Just listening to the local news, (CH), and heard about yet another great connection between Hamilton, Ontario & NYC!
The McMaster University, (Hamilton, Ontario), based rock band, Of Gentleman & Cowards, has won a contest and will be performing on the Late Show with David Letterman on Monday, September 17, 2012! (check out the website below)

When I was working as a professional actress, I had longed to open a theatre company, here in Hamilton, Ontario, under the name "500 Miles Off 'Off-Broadway'".
Currently with so many locals, such as Marty Short, Eugene Levy, Paul Schaeffer, Justin Bieber and now, Of Gentlemen and Cowards, appearing on David Letterman's show in NYC,..sigh, maybe one day...Hamilton will have a fantastic and notable theatre space called 500 Miles Off-Broadway!
